There are many, many, many MANY bugged quests, those which are the fun vanilla quests we would like to do but can't,a nd its very unlikely you'd solve or care to fix them anytime soon.
As so, I propose a soluton to these old quests you don't care about finding the code of: invisible rabbits
Or imps, or infernals, those placeholders private servers (except firestorm) use to complete a quest that requires animation, cinematic, etc (things private servers almost never have) . So in essence, the player goes to the site and kills the rabbit, and that counts as VALIDATE, complete quest. Not so sure how that works in the code, but I HAVE seen private servers using these bunnies to make quests with good items viable. After all, now what you do is to have auto solved quests that are complete the very second you accept them
